ACH Schedule for Memorial Day

Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, May 23, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Memorial Day). ACH files received on Friday, May 24, will not settle until Tuesday, May 28.

I just got a new debit card and it's not working. Why?

Answer:

The card must be activated prior to use. Please call the 800# listed on the sticker on the front of the debit card. If you have removed the sticker or are having problems, contact your local branch or Client Support at 855-342-3400 (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. MT).
