
The FFIEC regulations require financial institutions to have multiple levels of authentication for consumers using electronic banking. This additional requirement is called Multi Factor Authentication.
The Multi Factor Authentication process will begin on June 8th. When you log into the EZBanker system you will be required to register your computer. by obtaining a Secure Access Code.
The process is similar to the steps first time users performed when logging into the new EZBanker system. Once completed, users will be able to choose a Challenge Code for one-time access.
PLEASE NOTE: Users who delete their "cookies" frequently will need to log in with their User ID, Password AND the Challenge Code.
